About Carson
Carson rises at the western entrance of DAMAC Hills, close to Hessa Street and the community's main shops. DAMAC began construction in 2015 and handed over all three towers in 2021, and the complex is now one of the busiest rental addresses in DAMAC Hills. DAMAC also markets the ready apartments here under the name Bellavista.
The three towers share the same 33 storey design and focus on compact homes. Studios make up most of the units, with a smaller number of one and two bedroom apartments. Upper floors look out across the golf course, the villa neighbourhoods and the wider Dubailand skyline.
Residents have a temperature controlled pool, a gym with steam room and sauna, and parking, together with everything DAMAC Hills offers: the golf club, parks, sports courts, a skate park and the community mall a short walk away. That mix makes Carson popular with young professionals and with investors looking for a ready, easy to let apartment.
