About Trinity

Trinity was built together with Rochester and Pelham, with work starting in November 2014, and it was the last of the three to finish, in January 2017. It is one of the nine clusters of The Park Villas and the most southerly of them, close to Hessa Street.

Homes are mostly three bedroom townhouses and villas of about 2,700 sq ft, with some four bedroom layouts. Trinity is compact, so it feels quieter than the larger clusters to the north, and it has its own gate.

Its real advantage is the school run. Jebel Ali School is a few minutes on foot, the Orchid and Jasmine apartment buildings are next door, and DAMAC Hills Park is under a kilometre away.
