About Veneto
Veneto is one of the newer villa neighbourhoods in DAMAC Hills. DAMAC opened sales in May 2017, several years after the first clusters such as The Field and Richmond were finished, and the homes were delivered in recent years. It is sold out and now trades on the resale market.
The design uses clean lines, earthy textures and several balconies per home for natural light. Buyers choose between three bedroom townhouses and five bedroom detached villas, both with a separate maid's room and covered parking. Five bedroom villas are by far the most traded type.
Many homes look over the golf course and its lakes. Arabian Ranches 2 is about 1.5 km away and Dubai Miracle Garden under 4 km, while Downtown Dubai is about 24 minutes by car.
