Green Diamond, also called Green Diamond 1, is a pair of eight storey residential buildings by Diamond Developers, the team behind The Sustainable City, in west Arjan, Dubai. Completed in 2018, its two towers hold 194 two and three bedroom apartments powered partly by solar panels, with grey water recycling and electric car charging.

About Green Diamond

Diamond Developers began Green Diamond in February 2017 and completed it in July 2018, making it one of the older completed projects in Arjan. It consists of Tower A and Tower B, two eight storey buildings on the western edge of the community next to Joya Blanca and Floarea Residence.

Sustainability is built in: solar panels on the roofs, high quality insulation, Green Star appliances and LED lighting cut energy use, while water saving fixtures, separate grey and black water systems and a grey water recycling plant reduce consumption. Charging stations for electric cars were included from the start.

Green Diamond is the only building on this Arjan list with no studios or one bedroom apartments, which makes it a family choice. The Dubai Land Department recorded 96 Ejari contracts in the twelve months to September 2026, most for two bedroom homes, and 17 ready sales. Nord Anglia and the Australian International School are each around 0.4 km away.
