Frond E is a long frond on the north east side of the Palm Jumeirah trunk, between Frond D and Frond F, with Canal Cove homes at its base, Garden Homes along its length and Signature Villas at its tip. It has one of the busiest villa markets on the Palm, and Atlantis The Royal is about 1.4 km away.

About Frond E Villas
Frond E runs out from the upper half of the trunk towards the north east, so its homes face the open water on that side of the Palm. Palm Jumeirah Mall and Vista Mare are both about 1.6 km away, and the Atlantis resorts and Aquaventure World are a short drive north.
Like most fronds it mixes three home types. Garden Homes, delivered by Nakheel from around 2006, have three to five bedrooms, about 5,000 to 6,000 sq ft of living space and plots of about 6,500 to 7,800 sq ft, in layouts such as Atrium Entry, Central Rotunda, Garden Gallery and Grand Foyer. Signature Villas at the tip have five to seven bedrooms on plots of about 13,500 to 18,900 sq ft.
