About Frond G Villas
Frond G is one of the shortest fronds on the Palm, close to the top of the trunk and the crescent. Its nearness to Atlantis The Palm and Aquaventure World, both about 1.1 km away, gives the villas open water views towards the two Atlantis resorts.
Almost the whole frond has been rebuilt as custom mansions, which makes it one of the few entirely custom built fronds. Alpago Properties developed six villas here, including Casa Del Sole, the double Signature Villa that set a Dubai record in October 2022, and CK Architecture Interiors designed and built another six. Riva Del Lusso, sold in November 2022, has five bedrooms, about 10,000 sq ft, basement parking for six cars, a pool and private beach access.
