About Cloud Tower
Tiger Properties started Cloud Tower in March 2022 and completed it in December 2025, building it with its own contracting arm. The two towers share six parking levels, two below ground and four above, and include a handful of offices and shops alongside the apartments.
Every apartment has a balcony or garden, and higher floors look towards the Palm Jumeirah and the Dubai skyline. The facilities are among the most complete in JVT: a swimming pool, gym, steam and sauna rooms, a tennis court, a basketball court, a running track, a barbecue area and a children's play area.
Cloud Tower is one of the busiest rental buildings in JVT this year. Dubai Land Department data shows 297 first Ejari contracts in the last 12 months, about three quarters of them one bedroom apartments, plus 64 sales. It has also earned a strong Google rating from well over a hundred reviews.
