Hattan Arabian Ranches, Dubai
Hattan is the most exclusive villa enclave in Arabian Ranches, Dubailand, set in the centre of the community next to the golf course. Its three storey Emaar villas take their cue from Arabic architecture, with enclosed courtyards, open terraces and sandy tones, and sit on some of the biggest plots in the Ranches, up to about 20,000 sq ft.

About Hattan
Hattan was conceived by Emaar as the top tier of Arabian Ranches. Instead of the two storey homes found elsewhere in the community, its villas rise over three levels, and the plots are large enough for pools, lawns and outdoor living areas with a high degree of privacy.
The architecture is Arabic in spirit: walled courtyards, deep terraces and warm, sand coloured facades. The enclave sits beside the Arabian Ranches Golf Club, only about 600 metres from the clubhouse, with Alvorada 3 and Alvorada 4 on its southern side and Aseel just to the east.
