Alma 2 Arabian Ranches, Dubai
Alma 2 is a cluster of Spanish inspired villas by Emaar at the centre of Arabian Ranches in Dubailand, beside Alma Lake and the community retail centre. Completed in 2014, it is one of the newer parts of the original Ranches, with two and three bedroom homes about 300 metres from Jumeirah English Speaking School.

About Alma 2
Alma 2 was the second phase of the Alma neighbourhood. Construction began in 2012 and the homes were completed in early 2014, a decade after Arabian Ranches first launched, so the cluster combines newer villas with the mature landscaping and facilities of the wider community.
The villas share the Spanish inspired look of Alma 1, with colourful facades and private gardens. Residents are a short walk from Alma Lake, the retail centre, Mediclinic and the school, and share pools, courts, play areas and two parks with Alma 1.
Registered deals and rent contracts show mostly two and three bedroom homes, which makes Alma 2 one of the more accessible ways into Arabian Ranches and one of its busiest rental clusters.
