About Aseel
Emaar opened sales at Aseel in May 2014, adding a boutique enclave of 55 villas to Arabian Ranches ten years after the community first launched. The homes were completed in 2018 and sit in a central position beside the golf course, towards Al Qudra Road.
The villas are two tiered Spanish style homes with terracotta tiled roofs, wrought iron details and a soft pastel palette. With so few homes, Aseel feels quiet and private, while the golf club, schools and the community retail centre are all within about 1.2 km.
Four to seven bedrooms and generous built up areas make Aseel a natural fit for larger families who want a newer home in an established community. Supply is limited, so each listing tends to attract strong interest.
