About Violet
Violet is one of four new DAMAC Hills 2 clusters, alongside Verona, Natura and the Farmhouses, that share a road and infrastructure contract. Construction began in October 2023, with handover estimated for the second quarter of 2026.
The cluster is planned for about 526 homes, all four bedroom townhouses. Every home has a private garden on the ground floor and a rooftop space, a layout that suits families who want outdoor room at both levels.
Violet is among the best placed clusters for the community's leisure: the community park is about 200 metres away and Water Town, with Malibu Beach and the lazy river, is about 300 metres away. Later phases carry the names Violet 2, Violet 3 and Violet 4.
