About ELO
DAMAC launched ELO as a gracefully curved tower with cascading private balconies overlooking the parkland of DAMAC Hills 2, then followed it with ELO 2 and ELO 3. The towers are developed through DAMAC's subsidiary Front Line Investment Management, with Eng. Adnan Saffarini as architectural consultant.
The first tower rises 15 storeys and ELO 2 18 storeys, both with one and two bedroom apartments. Construction of the first tower began in 2025. DAMAC gives handover as the fourth quarter of 2026 for ELO and the second quarter of 2027 for ELO 2, while ELO 3 is at an earlier stage.
Every sale registered here in the last twelve months was off plan, and ELO is currently the most listed project in DAMAC Hills 2. The towers stand about 100 metres from the community park and a short walk from Water Town and Malibu Beach.
