About Nice
DAMAC first released Nice in December 2021, and construction began in November 2022. The cluster is in the southern part of DAMAC Lagoons, near Costa Brava and Malta, and is registered with the Dubai Land Department in two phases, Nice 1 and Nice 2.
The design draws on the colour and energy of the French Riviera. DAMAC conceived Nice as the Youth Hub, with bicycle trails, a skate park, a BMX arena, beach areas and splash pools, giving teenagers and younger children plenty to do outdoors. China Nuclear Industry 22nd Construction Company was appointed as main contractor, with Khatib and Alami as architectural consultant.
Nice offers a mix of townhouses and villas, with four and five bedroom homes most common on the market. Some homes have already been handed over and appear for rent, while many resales are still off plan, so buyers can choose between moving in soon and buying ahead of completion.
