About Santorini
Santorini was the first cluster DAMAC released at DAMAC Lagoons, with the first sales traced to October 2021 and construction starting in April 2022. It sits near the centre of the master plan, close to Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street (D54) and Hessa Street (D61), opposite DAMAC Hills.
DAMAC positioned Santorini as the Central Hub of the original master plan. The architecture borrows the white and blue look of the Greek island, and pathways, bicycle tracks and planted spaces link the homes with the lagoons and the wider community. Shapoorji Pallonji International was awarded the main construction contract.
Homes range from three, four and five bedroom townhouses to six bedroom villas, with registered sizes from about 1,550 to 4,650 sq ft. Now handed over and lived in, Santorini is the busiest rental address in DAMAC Lagoons, popular with families who want a new home by the water and with investors looking for a ready townhouse.
