Malta is a townhouse cluster in DAMAC Lagoons, the Mediterranean themed community by DAMAC Properties in Dubailand, Dubai. Inspired by Valletta, it is the community's Play and Learn Hub, with attractions designed for children. About Malta
DAMAC first released Malta in May 2022, and construction began that summer. The cluster sits in the south western part of DAMAC Lagoons, close to Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street (D54), and is split into two phases, Malta 1 and Malta 2, registered separately with the Dubai Land Department.
The architecture takes its cue from Valletta, the Maltese capital. DAMAC designed Malta as the Play and Learn Hub, with a sensory plaza, a discovery maze, a camping island, an augmented reality nature trail, outdoor art exhibits and interactive water attractions, so children can learn through play close to home.
Most homes are four bedroom townhouses over two floors, alongside five bedroom townhouses over three floors. Malta is one of the most traded clusters in DAMAC Lagoons, and with homes now handed over it has an active rental market, mainly for four bedroom homes.
