About Costa Brava 1
DAMAC launched Costa Brava in December 2021, shortly after Santorini, and building work began in early 2022. The cluster is split into two phases, Costa Brava 1 and Costa Brava 2, and sits in the southern part of DAMAC Lagoons, south of the central Santorini cluster and close to Hessa Street and the Remraam community.
The Spanish style homes have rooftop access and garden water features, with colourful facades set along the lagoons. Khatib and Alami was the architectural consultant. DAMAC conceived the cluster as the Adrenaline Hub, so the leisure plan leans towards active pastimes such as ziplining, rock climbing, kayaking, paddle surfing and wave riding.
Costa Brava 1 is one of the most rented clusters in DAMAC Lagoons. Rent contracts registered over the past year cover mainly four and five bedroom homes, with a smaller number of six bedroom homes, which makes it a natural fit for families who want space, a garden and an outdoor lifestyle.
