About Lagoon Views
DAMAC announced Lagoon Views on 11 January 2024, its first apartment complex in DAMAC Lagoons, a community until then made up of townhouses and villas. The first phase released six buildings, and a second phase followed in May 2024 with around 600 one and two bedroom waterfront apartments.
The buildings are mid rise, with ground plus six floors, and use curved facades, water features and planted terraces to match the Mediterranean look of the clusters around them. Lagoon Views sits in the middle of the master plan, beside Malta, Marbella and Santorini, so many homes look over the lagoons.
Residents share the resort style facilities DAMAC planned for the development, from an olive tree garden and a beach club to a tapas lounge and a pool bar. With studios as well as one and two bedroom layouts, Lagoon Views opens DAMAC Lagoons to single professionals, couples and investors who want a smaller home by the water.
