About Midtown

Deyaar unveiled Midtown at Cityscape in 2014 and launched Afnan, the first district, in 2015. Construction began in 2017 with U+A Architects. The plan covers six districts and 24 buildings with almost five million sq ft of built up area. Afnan has seven buildings and 659 apartments and was finished in November 2019, Dania followed with six buildings and 579 apartments in February 2020, and Noor added seven buildings and 593 units.

On this map Midtown combines the Afnan, Dania, Noor and Mesk districts; Jannat, the final district, has its own page. Together they recorded 184 ready sales and 1,051 Ejari contracts in the last 12 months, led by one bedroom apartments, with studios and two bedrooms close behind.

Buildings sit around a piazza that runs about a kilometre across the tops of the parking podiums, with a retail boulevard of supermarkets, pharmacies, laundries, cafes and restaurants below. Dania adds open lawns, a basketball court, tennis courts and a pool. Jumeirah Golf Estates and the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road interchange are a short drive away.
