Mediterranean Clusters is the largest of the six villa themes in Jumeirah Islands, the Nakheel lake community beside Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai. It covers 11 of the 46 residential islands, clusters 5, 6, 13, 14, 20, 24, 30, 36, 38, 47 and 50, and each island holds 16 detached villas with a private pool and garden.

About Mediterranean Clusters
Eleven islands of 16 villas give the Mediterranean group about 176 homes, close to a quarter of the whole community and more than any other theme. That scale shows in the market: it usually has the most villas listed for sale of any theme, and more for rent than the European, Oasis and Contemporary groups put together, so buyers get the widest choice of island, orientation and condition here.
Most villas on the market are four bedroom homes, followed by five bedrooms, and a few have been extended to six or seven. The original layouts are Nakheel's Entertainment Foyer and Garden Hall, both four bedrooms, and the five bedroom Master View. Because the islands are scattered across the community, the group includes villas on the inner lakes as well as islands near the edges.
Tenants have the most options too: at any time dozens of Mediterranean villas are offered for rent, the bulk of them four bedrooms. The group's average position is near the middle of Jumeirah Islands, roughly equidistant from the clubhouse and the Pavilion at about 1.1 to 1.2 km, with Emirates International School Meadows around 600 metres away.
