Eltiera Views follows Eltiera Heights as the second Ellington Properties project in Jumeirah Islands. It stands on the north western edge of the community, overlooking the lakes, with Jumeirah Lake Towers and Sheikh Zayed Road close by.
The development is spread over several residential towers linked by a landscaped podium, offering one, two and three bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom penthouses. It was the most traded project in the area over the last twelve months, with more than 600 off plan sales registered with the Dubai Land Department.
Life at Eltiera Views centres on a four level clubhouse that moves from co working space and a podcast room on the ground floor to a social hub, fitness and dance studios, a spa and retreat spaces above. Outdoors there is a pool deck, a family pool, padel courts and direct access to the lake.
