Oasis Clusters is a group of seven islands in Jumeirah Islands, Dubai, clusters 17, 19, 23, 27, 44, 46 and 49, holding about 112 Nakheel villas. Its centre of gravity is the eastern side of the community, closest of the four themes here to the Jumeirah Islands Clubhouse, and nearly half of its villas on the market are five bedroom homes.

About Oasis Clusters
Several Oasis islands, including clusters 19, 23 and 27, sit on the eastern side of Jumeirah Islands, about 700 metres from the clubhouse with its lagoon pool, gym, tennis courts and licensed restaurant. The Mansions, the community's enclave of very large homes, lies just to the south.
The theme is built around the idea of a garden sanctuary, with planted centres to the islands. What matters more to buyers is the mix: close to half of the Oasis villas listed for sale are five bedroom homes, usually the Master View layout, compared with about one in five in the European group. Typical plots quoted in listings are around 10,600 sq ft.
Supply is tighter on the rental side, with only a small number of Oasis villas usually available to lease, so owners here are more often end users than landlords. The Pavilion is further away than from the northern islands, at about 1.7 km, but Emirates International School Meadows is still only a kilometre off.
