European Clusters is a group of five island clusters in Jumeirah Islands, Dubai: numbers 10, 11, 22, 35 and 48, about 80 Nakheel villas in total. Its centre lies towards the northern side of the community, which makes it the theme closest to Emirates International School Meadows and one of the nearest to the Jumeirah Islands Pavilion.

About European Clusters
The European islands are the choice for families who want the school run to be short. Emirates International School Meadows is only about 300 metres from the centre of the group, the closest of any theme we cover, and the Pavilion, with its Choithrams supermarket, restaurants and clinic, is about a kilometre away. Dubai Marina Mall is roughly 2.2 km in a straight line.
With five islands of 16 homes, the group is mid sized. The villas are marketed with European elevations, such as arched openings and pitched tiled roofs, over the same Nakheel floor plans used across the community: the four bedroom Entertainment Foyer and Garden Hall and the five bedroom Master View.
Listings lean to four bedroom villas, and the group occasionally offers something rare: an enlarged home on an oversized plot, including a seven bedroom villa on land of more than 23,000 sq ft. Rentals are steady, with around three dozen European villas usually available, and six bedroom homes do come up from time to time.
