About Serenia District
Serenia District is the Jumeirah Islands project of Palma Development, the developer of Serenia Living on Palm Jumeirah. The site covers more than 600,000 sq ft of land with a total built up area of about 3.5 million sq ft.
The community will comprise six integrated towers designed by the Japanese architects Nikken Sekkei, inspired by the Japanese Ireko idea of calm, simple and mindful use of space. Phase one is West Residence, a 46 storey tower, followed by the East Residences, and the Dubai Land Department has registered sales of one to four bedroom homes.
Amenities are organised into six lifestyle zones: the Serenia Signature Clubhouse, a health and social zone, sports and recreation spaces, a family oasis, a nature discovery zone and a wellness retreat, all linked by around 20 kilometres of walkways. JLT, DMCC, Uptown Dubai and Dubai Marina are minutes away.
