Karma occupies a plot in the north west of Liwan that was originally set aside for a Queue Point building that never went ahead. Vision Developments took over the site, began construction in September 2023 and finished in the first quarter of 2025.
The building faces the Shams and Farah Tower 1 blocks to the south and east, with Empire Lakeviews rising to the north and Dubai Al Ain Road beyond.
