About Dubai Creek Residences South Tower 1
Emaar and Dubai Holding unveiled Dubai Creek Residences in October 2014 as the first residential project of Dubai Creek Harbour, and sales opened on 1 November 2014 in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London and Moscow. The project is a cluster of six towers, three North and three South, and South Tower 1 was one of the two 40 storey towers in that first release.
The towers line the Creek Marina and its yacht club, with the Vida Creek Harbour hotel set between the two groups. Apartments of about 900 to 2,150 sq ft face the marina, the Creek and the skyline, and the waterfront shops, restaurants and pharmacies at ground level make daily life easy on foot.
As the original address of Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai Creek Residences South Tower 1 has a settled, lived in feel and some of the largest layouts on the island. It suits end users who want marina living close to Downtown and investors who value a waterfront tower with long rental history.
