About Harbour Views Tower 2
Emaar launched Harbour Views in 2016 and completed it in 2020. The twin towers each rise 51 floors above the historic Dubai Creek, making them the tallest pair on Creek Island, and together they hold more than 750 one, two and three bedroom apartments.
The towers stand on a three level podium with more apartments and 14 villas overlooking the park. The design uses glass fronts, light materials and wooden detailing, with large windows, private balconies and a light filled foyer.
From the upper floors of Tower 2, residents look across the Creek Marina to the Burj Khalifa and the Downtown skyline, while park facing homes enjoy the greenery of Central Park. With the marina, Creek Beach and the island's cafés close by, it is one of the most popular buildings for both living and renting.
