About Creek Horizon Tower 1
Emaar announced Creek Horizon in 2016 as a pair of towers themed around island living, and the project was completed in 2020. Together the two towers hold more than 500 homes, set on a landscaped podium that also includes townhouses and parking. SSH provided design and construction supervision.
Tower 1 sits next to Creek Island's Central Park, so one side looks over the greenery while the other faces the marina, Dubai Creek and the Downtown skyline with the Burj Khalifa. The waterfront promenade and the shops and cafés on the ground floors are steps away.
With one, two and three bedroom apartments and a small number of penthouses, Creek Horizon Tower 1 attracts couples and families who want park and water views, and investors who like a completed tower in one of the most walkable parts of Dubai Creek Harbour.
