About Creek Rise Tower 1

Creek Rise is a pair of residential towers by Emaar on the northern side of Creek Island, part of the first generation of homes built in the Island District of Dubai Creek Harbour. Construction started in 2017 and both towers are now complete and lived in.

Emaar describes Creek Rise as family oriented, and the layout reflects that: the towers overlook the island's Central Park and canal, and the podium holds temperature controlled pools, gyms, children's play areas and a landscaped leisure deck. Shops, cafés and a children's learning centre sit at ground level.

Apartments range from one to three bedrooms, with generous balconies facing the parkland or the skyline. Close to Address Harbour Point, the marina and the promenade, Creek Rise Tower 1 is a practical choice for families and a well rented building for investors.
