Emaar designed Creek Crescent as the gateway building of Creek Island: it sits on the island's northern edge, where the panoramic bridge over the canal brings residents and visitors into the Island District of Dubai Creek Harbour. The project was completed in 2023.
The scheme combines a 22 storey residential tower with a four storey podium that holds the shared facilities, plus a row of townhouses facing the waterfront promenade. The curved form and the waterside position give many homes wide views over Dubai Creek and the surrounding waterfront.
Apartments range from one to three bedrooms. With the promenade, Address Harbour Point and the cafés of the island a short walk away, Creek Crescent appeals to residents who want a quieter, smaller building on the water and to investors looking for a newer tower in an established part of Creek Harbour.
