About Binghatti Gateway
Construction of Binghatti Gateway began in January 2019 and finished in June 2021, making it the oldest of the Binghatti buildings covered here. The facade takes its cue from the mashrabiya, the traditional Arabic lattice screen, with a patterned skin that gives privacy and shade.
Balconies are turned slightly off the grid to avoid direct sun while opening views towards Dubai Creek and the Downtown skyline. With only 180 homes, all one or two bedroom, the building feels quieter than its larger neighbours, and the lobby uses Italian marble and decorative art panels.
The amenities cover the essentials: a pool with a separate children's pool, a gym, a play area, a panoramic lift and 24 hour security. Binghatti Ghost is directly next door, and Wafi Mall is under 2 km away.
