About Nastaran Tower
Nastaran Tower had a long build: construction began in April 2008 and the tower was finished in November 2016. It was designed by Arenco Architectural and Engineering Consultants and built by Belhasa Engineering and Contracting, and it now stands beside Riah Towers and the newer Binghatti Twilight in the southern part of Culture Village.
One and two bedroom apartments are the core of the building, with published sizes from about 1,029 to 1,480 sq ft, which is generous for the area. Ejari records for the last twelve months also show studio and three bedroom leases, 78 contracts in all, while no sales were registered, so most activity here is renting rather than buying.
Residents have a gym, a swimming pool, a sauna, covered parking, high speed lifts and a 24 hour concierge. The Creek metro station is about 600 m away, the Mohammed bin Rashid Library is a similar distance along the waterfront, and Dubai Festival City Mall is across the Business Bay Crossing.
