About The V Tower
Tiger Properties began building the V Tower in January 2020 and completed it in September 2023. At 18 storeys over three basements, it is one of the taller buildings on the southern side of DLRC and one of the newer completed towers in the community. Tiger also built Blue Wave Tower on the northern side of DLRC.
The unit mix is wide for DLRC. Alongside studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments, there are 16 duplexes. In the twelve months to September 2026 the Dubai Land Department registered 36 sales spread across every bedroom count, from 11 studios to 5 three bedroom homes, and Ejari recorded 233 rental contracts, 135 of them new leases, led by one bedroom flats.
Residents have a swimming pool, separate gyms for men and women, a children's play area, 24 hour maintenance and CCTV security. The tower stands about 400 m from The Aquila School and about 800 m from GEMS FirstPoint School in The Villa, so it suits families as well as single professionals.
