About Skycourts Towers

National Bonds launched Skycourts in the mid 2000s through its Sky Courts subsidiary. Construction started in October 2007 and the six towers were completed in February 2011, according to Propsearch. Together they hold 2,832 apartments, and Tower A faces Dubai Al Ain Road (E66) on the northern edge of the cluster.

No other building in DLRC comes close for activity. In the twelve months to September 2026 the Dubai Land Department registered 283 sales across the six towers and Ejari recorded 1,583 rental contracts, 755 of them new leases. Two bedroom flats led the sales with 129 deals, followed by one bedroom units with 114, while one bedroom homes were the most rented. Bayut lists studios of around 441 sq ft, one bedroom flats from about 705 to 1,097 sq ft and two bedroom flats from about 1,055 to 1,287 sq ft.

Residents share outdoor swimming pools, gyms and children's play areas, with one parking space per apartment and district cooling. The towers sit next to The Aquila School and the main DLRC bus stop on route 30, so many families and first time buyers choose Skycourts for its mix of size, choice and price.
