About Sobha Hartland Greens

The Greens were Sobha's first apartment buildings in Sobha Hartland. Construction of the early buildings began in September 2016 and the first phases were completed in June 2018, with the full group finished by 2021. PNC Architects designed the buildings and Sobha Contracting built them, as with most of Sobha's own projects in the community.

Unlike the towers around the edge of the master plan, the Greens are low enough to feel part of the gardens around them, and Sobha pitches them as a quieter, greener alternative to high rise living. Residents share swimming pools, a gym and children's play areas, and the ground floors hold a selection of boutiques that serve the whole community.

The Dubai Land Department registers the Greens in three phases. Together they recorded 75 sales and 521 Ejari contracts in the twelve months to September 2026, including 137 contracts for studios, a layout that is rare elsewhere in Sobha Hartland. With three bedroom apartments also in the mix, the Greens cover the widest range of home sizes of any single project in the community.
