About Wilton Terraces
Construction of Wilton Terraces began in September 2017, both towers had sold out by February 2020, and handover started after completion in November 2021. Dubai Consultants and Perkins and Will worked on the architecture, and Aroma International Building Contractors was the main contractor.
Ellington says the design draws on the Silk Road, blending classical elements with a contemporary finish. The two towers, known as Wilton Terraces I and II, stand on a single three storey podium that holds the car park, and the pool, children's pool, gym, indoor play area and barbecue space sit on the podium deck between them. Kitchens came with custom cabinetry and fitted appliances.
The Dubai Land Department recorded 42 sales and 137 Ejari contracts in the twelve months to September 2026, with one bedroom homes making up most of both. Buyers who like a smaller building with a developer known for interiors often compare it with Ellington's newer Wilton Park Residences and Kensington Waters close by.
