About Kensington Waters
Ellington first launched this plot in 2017 as part of its Wilton series and relaunched it in 2021 under the Kensington Waters name. Construction started in September 2021 and the two towers were completed in March 2025. LACASA Architects and Engineering Consultants designed the scheme, and each tower sits over a shared basement car park.
The unit mix is set out in detail: 20 studios, 146 one bedroom, 88 two bedroom and 23 three bedroom apartments. Tower A holds the studios and Tower B the three bedroom homes. Ellington describes the design as inspired by water, and the facilities reflect that, with a 25 metre pool, a splash pad, a sauna, indoor and outdoor play areas, a clubhouse and electric vehicle charging points.
In July 2025 a Kensington Waters apartment became only the second property in Dubai to be sold through the official tokenisation scheme, which lets investors buy small fractional shares. On the conventional market the Dubai Land Department recorded 49 sales and 127 Ejari contracts in the twelve months to September 2026.
