About Binghatti Skyflame
Skyflame is Binghatti's twin tower statement in Majan. Propsearch lists about 1,406 homes in Tower 1 and 801 in Tower 2, plus retail units at the base, making it one of the largest single projects in the community. The developer schedules completion for 31 December 2027.
The selling point is a resort style plan with private pools on every level and more than fifteen shared amenities, including padel and basketball courts, an adults only pool, a jogging track and children's pools. Alongside standard studios and one and two bedroom units, Binghatti offers larger two bedroom Royal Suites.
Skyflame recorded 1,166 off plan sales at the Dubai Land Department in the twelve months to September 2026, second only to Binghatti Vintage in Majan. Four in five of those sales were studios, so the project is mostly bought by investors planning to rent compact units once the towers are handed over.
