About Aras Residence
Aras Group launched Aras Residence in June 2021 as its first residential project in Dubai, on a plot of about 17,000 sq ft with roughly 140,000 sq ft of built area. Construction had started in February 2020, and Propsearch records completion in June 2022.
At launch the developer quoted studios from about 431 sq ft, one bedroom apartments from about 770 sq ft, two bedroom apartments of about 1,300 sq ft and one three bedroom home of about 2,443 sq ft on the top floor. The modern design uses wide windows looking toward the greenery of Al Barari.
Today the building is mostly let: the Dubai Land Department registered 55 rental contracts in the twelve months to September 2026 against 11 sales, with studios and one bedroom flats leading. Aras Development later built Aras Heights in the south of Majan.
