China Cluster International City, Dubai
China Cluster is the Chinese themed neighbourhood in the middle of International City Phase 1, Dubai, the closest cluster to Dragon Mart. Built by Nakheel, its low rise blocks carry the letters A, B, C, D, E, F and H and contain studios and one bedroom apartments with red tiled roofs and decorated facades.

About China Cluster
The China Cluster is the largest of the ten country themes by number of lettered blocks, spread over the A to F and H series between the CBD and the Morocco Cluster. Its architecture echoes traditional Chinese buildings, with curved red tiled roofs and ornamental details, and it sits beside the Forbidden City inspired Dragon Mart, the large trading mall for goods from China.
Apartments follow two standard plans: studios of about 480 to 490 sq ft and one bedrooms of about 720 sq ft. Most units come without an allocated parking bay, so residents use the open lots around the blocks, and some ground floors hold shops.
