About Azizi Mirage 1
Azizi first launched Mirage 1 in 2018, its first project in Studio City, and construction started that year. The scheme was later reworked and completed as two interconnected towers, Tower 1 and Tower 2, set in an L shape around a landscaped podium. The first ready sales were registered in October 2025 and the first leases in December 2025.
Scale sets it apart. The Dubai Land Department recorded 447 sales here in the last 12 months, 120 of them still off plan, and 295 of the total were studios with a typical size of about 356 sq ft. One bedroom homes measured about 607 sq ft and two bedrooms about 847 sq ft.
Ejari registered 544 leases in the same period, all new contracts as the building filled for the first time, and two thirds of them were for studios. For an investor this is the most liquid address in the community, with plenty of comparable sales and rents to price a unit against.
