Zulal The Lakes, Dubai
Zulal is a gated neighbourhood of Emaar villas in the centre of The Lakes in Emirates Living, Dubai, made up of Zulal 1, 2 and 3. Most homes have three bedrooms and open onto the community's lakes and parks. It is the most rented part of The Lakes, around 700 metres from Dubai International Academy Emirates Hills.

About Zulal
Zulal is one of the six sub communities of The Lakes, Emaar's lakeside villa neighbourhood within Emirates Living. It is divided into Zulal 1, Zulal 2 and Zulal 3 and sits in the middle of The Lakes, between Deema, Ghadeer and Maeen.
The homes are compact family villas, and registered rental contracts show that nearly all of them have three bedrooms. Portals list some Zulal homes as townhouses and others as villas. Each has a private garden, and many face the lakes and green spaces that run through the community.
Zulal has the most registered rental contracts in The Lakes, which reflects its popularity with families who want a garden home near good schools. The Lakes Club, the community pools and the walking trails are all a few minutes on foot.
