About Deema 4
Deema 4 is the easternmost of the four Deema clusters, which together form the southern edge of The Lakes, Emaar's lakeside villa neighbourhood in Emirates Living. It borders Emirates Hills to the south and Zulal and Ghadeer to the north.
The homes are detached family villas on generous plots, mainly with three or four bedrooms. Construction of the Deema clusters began in 2000 and Deema 4 was completed in 2003, making it one of the first parts of The Lakes to be lived in.
Its biggest draw is the school on its doorstep: Dubai International Academy Emirates Hills is a short walk away, and Regent International School is about a kilometre north. The Lakes Club, pools and trails are shared with the rest of The Lakes.
