About Deema 1
Deema 1 is the westernmost of the four Deema clusters along the southern side of The Lakes, Emaar's lakeside villa neighbourhood within Emirates Living. Hattan 1 lies to its west, Forat to its north and Deema 2 to its east.
The homes are detached family villas with gardens, split fairly evenly between three and four bedroom layouts. Construction began in 2000 and Deema 1 was completed in 2003.
