About Park Gate Residences
Park Gate Residences was the first phase of Wasl 1, the freehold master development that wasl Asset Management Group is building along the western edge of Zabeel Park. Work started in August 2017 and the four towers, known as A, B, C and D, were completed in November 2020. Two towers rise 27 storeys and two rise 21 storeys.
The 746 homes cover a wide range: one, two and three bedroom apartments, three, four and five bedroom townhouses set on the landscaped podium, and four bedroom penthouses. Propsearch notes that every unit overlooks Zabeel Park, and the Dubai Frame stands on the far side of the park less than a kilometre away.
Daily life is easy here. A Choithrams supermarket, a cafe, a pharmacy, salons and a nursery sit inside the complex, Max Metro Station on the Red Line is a short walk away, and the World Trade Centre, DIFC and Downtown Dubai are all within a few minutes by car or metro. Two bedroom apartments make up most of the Ejari leases registered here.
