About Mudon Al Ranim 1
Dubai Properties released Mudon Al Ranim 1 in June 2022 and started building that August. It was the opening phase of a series that now runs to Al Ranim 8, extending the original Mudon neighbourhoods towards Damac Hills. Construction reached completion in 2025, and the phase is now lived in.
Homes come in four layouts: three bedroom townhouses of about 2,217 and 2,568 sq ft and four bedroom townhouses of about 2,549 and 2,978 sq ft. The design places most rows around the perimeter of Al Ranim Park, so many houses open onto green space rather than onto other homes.
In the last 12 months the Dubai Land Department registered 46 ready sales here, 26 three bedroom and 20 four bedroom homes, and 126 Ejari leases, 105 of them new contracts. That makes Al Ranim 1 one of the busiest parts of Mudon for families moving in.
