About Arabella
Dubai Properties put Arabella on sale on 16 May 2015 as a new neighbourhood of Mudon, offering three bedroom mid terrace, end and semi detached homes plus four bedroom semi detached townhouses. Construction began in September 2015 and the developer announced an on time completion in 2018, later following it with Arabella 2 and Arabella 3 to the south west.
It is one of Mudon's busiest rental addresses. Over the last 12 months Ejari recorded 179 leases, 159 of them for three bedroom homes, and the Dubai Land Department registered 37 resales. DLD does not record bedrooms for these villa sales, so only the sale count is shown on the map.
Families here use the 41 acre Mudon Central Park, with its 1.5 km jogging track, cycling track, sports courts and water play areas, and the community centre with its grocery, nursery, clinic, pharmacy and cafe. Emirates Road, Al Qudra Road and Hessa Street connect Arabella to Mohammed bin Zayed Road and the coast.
