About Madison Residency
Madison Residency stands on the northern edge of Barsha Heights, the tower district between Sheikh Zayed Road and The Greens that many people still call TECOM. Deyaar Development built it between 2006 and 2009, with Kling Consult as the architectural consultant, in a neighbourhood that is otherwise dominated by offices and hotel apartments.
The building is aimed at people who want a small, easy to run home. Studios of roughly 550 to 650 sq ft make up a large share of the stock, alongside one bedroom apartments of about 730 to 900 sq ft and two bedroom units of about 1,350 sq ft, and every apartment comes with at least one reserved parking space.
Its main draw is the commute. Dubai Internet City Metro Station is a short walk away, Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City are across Sheikh Zayed Road, and Mall of the Emirates is two stops down the Red Line. In the year to September 2026 Ejari registered 211 leases here, more than half of them studios, against 19 registered sales.
