About Azizi Gardens
Azizi launched Azizi Gardens in February 2018 as one of its first Meydan Avenue buildings, alongside Azizi Greenfield. 360 Degrees Architectural Design Consultancy designed it, Al Zahraa Foundation Contractors laid the foundations, and the building was completed in October 2023. Azizi reported it fully sold in November 2022, a year before handover.
The building stands in a small row of mid rise blocks with Bright Corner, Taupe Residence and Azizi Park Avenue II, facing the golf course side of the racecourse district. That makes it one of the closest Meydan Avenue addresses to Azizi Riviera's shops, under a kilometre north, and to the schools in Sobha Hartland, about 1.5 km away.
Layouts are generous for the area: Property Finder's project page shows one bedroom plans of about 748 to 788 sq ft and two bedroom plans of about 1,094 to 1,218 sq ft. Dubai Land Department data lists 9 sales and 49 rental contracts in the twelve months to September 2026, split almost evenly between one and two bedroom homes.
