About Aura and Aura Gardens
Aura and Aura Gardens were built together: construction started in November 2021, and in September 2022 Majid Al Futtaim appointed Shapoorji Pallonji International as main contractor for both. Aura offers four bedroom semi detached villas, while Aura Gardens adds about 500 homes, 164 four bedroom twin villas and 336 three and four bedroom townhouses.
The townhouses sit in terraces of six or eight, with four bedroom homes at the ends and three bedroom homes between them. The twin villas come with a choice of contemporary facades and two Sky Suite options on the roof: a Guest Suite with its own bathroom, or an Entertain Suite opening onto a roof terrace.
Central parks linked by pathways and small lanes, cycling and jogging tracks and the sandy beaches of Lagoon Al Ghaf give Aura a relaxed, walkable feel. The Royal Grammar School Guildford Dubai is about half a kilometre away, which makes the neighbourhood a favourite with families renting in the community.
