Majid Al Futtaim broke ground on Alaya in January 2024, awarding the construction contract to Unec with a 26 month programme and handover planned for early 2026. The neighbourhood has 130 grand villas across about 200,000 square metres, so plots are generous and gardens large.
Buyers choose between two facade styles, The Modernist or The Mediterranean, and can extend their homes with Zen Suites tailored to how they live. Inside, stone walls, wood detailing, polished concrete and floor to ceiling windows open the rooms onto shaded patios and gardens.
